To create hype for next week’s Destiny: The Taken King – third Destiny Expansion – Bungie and Activision has released a brand new live-action trailer for the game.

The live action trailer, which is directed by Joseph Kosinski (Oblivion, TRON: Legacy), features a Fireteam of Guardians, accompanied by their ‘Ghost’ companion, adventuring to take on the vengeful King Oryx and his army. The spot is set against “Black Dog” by Led Zeppelin.

Destiny: The Taken King is available worldwide on September 15th for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. The expansion will focus on Oryx, The Taken King, who seeks revenge for the death of his son.
