On February 10, 2012 by Ash Meehan

At Activision Blizzard’s Q4 conference call yesterday it was revealed that World of Warcraft’s subscription numbers have begun to stabilize again at the 10 million mark, but it was also revealed they did lose 100,000 subscribers in Q4.

This latest quarter report means that in 2011 World of Warcraft has lost around 1.8 million subscribers. The total number of active subscribers according to Activision Blizzard stands at 10.2 million.

With World of Warcraft next expansion Mists of Pandaria expected to be released this year Blizzard would be hoping to see the subscription numbers begin to rise again.
